On Thursday, the 6th of November, our theatre in Hoofddorp was all about Future Proof Yourself 2025. It was an energetic and inspiring day where independent professionals, colleagues and inspiring speakers came together around one central question:
How do you make yourself future proof?
After a powerful opening by Luuk van Maanen, Marelle Beune guided us through the changes in the labour market, the impact of AI and the opportunities Striive offers for the independent professionals to build a future proof business.
Next, external speaker Kim Lammers (Olympic gold medalist in hockey & entrepreneur) captivated everyone in the room with her impressive story. Her energy, openness and insights into resilience, growth and success created moments of recognition and inspiration for many.
During the closing networking session, valuable conversations took place between professionals and colleagues from Recruitment, Product and Field Management. CVs were optimized, feedback on our platform was shared directly and plenty of networking took place - all in a relaxed and open atmosphere.
