AI live sessions
As mentioned earlier on Pulse, we want to offer you more learning opportunities to work with AI. A fun way to do this is by joining live sessions. You can find these live sessions in KnowHow.
The concept is as follows: We invite someone from our business to share how they work with AI. They talk about the tools they use or the time savings they’ve achieved by using solutions like Copilot effectively.
We’ve already learned a lot from colleagues in earlier sessions, and now we’re excited to welcome the first live sessions hosted by colleagues from the Europe team. In December, you can look forward to a live session from Marelle Beune & Dennis Lemmers about there future of AI within our company and Wouter Schils will share how he uses AI in his online marketing activities!

Supporting leaders from day one: Manager onboarding pilot
We’re thrilled to announce that this month we are launching a pilot onboarding program specifically for managers!
Why are we doing this?
Starting a new leadership role can be challenging, and we want to make sure our managers have all the tools and knowledge they need from day one. The goal of this pilot is to provide clear insights into our business processes right at the start, helping managers hit the ground running and ensuring a smooth transition.
What does the pilot include?
The program consists of three interactive sessions, scheduled across January. These sessions are designed to:
- Give managers a solid understanding of key processes.
- Share best practices for leading teams effectively.
- Create space for questions and networking with peers.
We believe this initiative will make a real difference in setting up our managers for success!
Marion on authentic leadership
On November 4, Marion took the stage at AmplifyHER, the event organised by BrandedU that focuses on visibility, leadership, and empowering female professionals.
