HeadFirst Group maintains Gold EcoVadis rating and rises to the top 3% worldwide
We are proud to share that HeadFirst Group has once again achieved a Gold EcoVadis rating. Even better: our score has increased this year: from 74 to 81 points. This places us among the top 3% most sustainable companies worldwide.
EcoVadis tightened its criteria this year, causing many organisations to see their scores drop. Our upward trend demonstrates that our ESG approach is strong and future-proof.
What’s behind this score?
Environment
With 90 out of 100 points, our environmental performance is exceptional. We lead the way in carbon management thanks to clear CO₂ reduction targets and a concrete action plan. From energy audits to IT hardware reuse and sourcing green electricity. Our reporting, including Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, is externally verified. In other words: measurable impact instead of promises.
Social
We invest in a safe, inclusive and inspiring workplace. As a Great Place to Work, we prioritise diversity, wellbeing and equal opportunities for all.
Governance
We operate on strong foundations in ethics, information security and responsible supply chain management, supported by international quality and security standards. A key next step is to further embed sustainable procurement across our chain.
B Corp: another milestone
Earlier this year, we became a certified B Corp. This accreditation shows that we take responsibility for our full societal impact. B Lab assesses organisations across five domains, from governance to environment and workers, with a strict minimum score of 80 points. We passed this threshold comfortably.
Our B Corp status is not an endpoint, but a commitment to continuous improvement.
Sustainability as our guiding principle
Sustainability is not a standalone initiative; it is a core part of our strategy. We measure and monitor our carbon footprint, work with recognised standards and certifications, and actively engage suppliers in our sustainability goals. In doing so, we create long-term value for today and tomorrow.
