Make your CSR days count: join, make impact & win!
Every colleague at HeadFirst Group receives two paid CSR (MVO) days each year, to contribute to society, develop new skills, and create positive impact beyond our daily work.
One great way to use these days is by joining activities organised with JINC, such as Baas van Morgen, Bliksemstages and Job Application Trainings. Next to JINC, there are also other possible activities for which you can enroll. These initiatives give young people a valuable glimpse into the world of work and offer you the chance to grow, connect, and give back.
To make participating even more fun, we’re launching something new: the HFG Social Impact Lottery
How to participate
- Use a few hours of your two CSR days
- Take part in a JINC or other approved social impact activity
- Register your day in AFAS (CSR-dag) — and you’re automatically entered in the draw

How it works
From November 2025 and including October 2026, every time you take part in a social impact activity, whether it’s a JINC event or another CSR initiative, you’ll automatically enter our lottery.
Prizes:
- €250 gift card
- €150 gift card
- €100 gift card (all from DOEGOODS, a PSO 30+ organisation, meaning your prize supports social return too!)
Your chances:
- For each activity, you’ll receive one ticket
- More activities = more chances to win
- Of the three drawn winners, the one with the most participations wins the €250 gift card
