We are delighted to invite you to our end-of-year gathering on 16 December in our theatre in Hoofddorp. This annual moment brings all colleagues from across our labels together to reflect, celebrate, and close the year in a meaningful way.
While the full programme is still being finalised, you can expect an inspiring speaker, the presentation of our Changemaker Awards, and of course a festive gathering afterwards. During this event, we will also hand out this year’s end-of-year gifts.
We strongly encourage everyone to attend in person at the theatre, so we can truly celebrate together. For those unable to join on-site, the event will also be available to follow online.

Update TopCo branding project
Over the past few months, a lot has happened behind the scenes on our new global brand. With the holiday season just around the corner, we’d like to share where we are now and what’s coming next.
Since our last update in September, the timeline has been adjusted and the work has moved into an exciting final phase:
- The new name has been approved.
- The logo and full visual identity are in the very last stage of development. We’re now putting the finishing touches on the logo, colour palette, typography, photography style and all other key brand assets.
- The implementation plan is nearly complete, outlining how we will roll out the new brand across regions, teams and touchpoints.
As it stands today (always subject to change), our current planning is:
- End of March – internal launch of the new brand
- Early April – external launch to the market
In the run-up to the internal launch, some colleagues will get an early look. The SLT, senior management, and our client-facing Sales and Marketing teams will receive early access to brand assets and/or training on the brand narrative and brand expression, so they are ready to represent the brand with confidence from day one.
This is a big, high-impact project that touches our entire organisation. We’re working hard to make sure we launch this brand in the right way, at the right time both internally and externally and we’re committed to keeping you as informed as possible along the way.
